Gents,

I noticed the Z3 was pulling to the left a bit so have already investigated/completed the following:

New Control Arms c/w bushes and ball joints (both sides)

New Outter Track Rod Ends (both sides)

Checked tyre pressures

Checked Power Steering Fluid Level

Check alloys for buckles (swapped back for front etc)

This hasn't cured the issue, although the steering does now seem more responsive, so i am at a loss to what it now may be?

I recently changed the rear shock mounts which is around about the time i noticed the left hand pull, could i have done something here that has caused it to wander to the left?

I have track dayed the car and the circuit was predominantly left hand corners, could it be uneven tyre wear?

Are the inner track rod ends something that could cause this?

Any advise or suggestions appreciated as its making me lose confidence in the car especially when your 100 plus on a track.

When you track day the car did you run up the kerbs for a tighter race line? Maybe that affected your tracking

Have you had a 4 wheel laser lignment , that may help

Sorry, I forgot to say, yes the car has been re tracked too.

Any car will naturally wander to the left due to UK road cambers (for drainage).

Does it brake in a straight line?

Do the tyres have a flat profile?

Are the shocks/springs in good order?

Its quite feasible that the issue is at the rear !

When the front wheels are dead ahead and the vehicle is stationary, is there much play in the steering wheel?

Are you able to turn the steering wheel more than ~10degrees to the left or the right without movement to the wheels?

The rack it's self MIGHT be at fault. The guys at the laser-tracking place should be able to tell...

That's right Daz, we use the "Inch Play" rule... If the steering wheel moves more than one inch then the rack needs nipping-up/replacing. ;)

Flat profile? Can you explain? Sorry I'm being thick. They are nankang ns2's all round

Shocks and spring are brand new koni and h&r

I am going to take the rear apart on the weekend and re build just to make sure
