The other morning around 02:30 was filling up at local station so that I could take my parents to the airport... anyhow five youths were walking past clocked the motor then all stopped starting looking around themselves, up and down the road etc.. then a couple of the bravest starts to approach... luckily another vehicle enters on the forecourt with another group of males... the original group all head off... not sure how that would have ended if that second group hadn't have shown it certainly wouldn't have been with them taking the motor or anything else for that matter...

      I can't add anything here as I have rarely left any of my cars for extended periods, and when I have I use my Ctec with a plug timer set to come on 12hrs before my return. We used a solar charger on the Horse Lorry for a while but it was never really successful (that was quite a few years back though) Dave

      Dimming Door mirror lenses

      Hi Kevin Best of luck negitiating with the Chancellor 🤣 we have all been there 🤣 A good possibility the mirror may have been changed, my brother inlaw had a guy on a bike catch his shoulder bag strap on his nearside mirror, his car was stopped in traffic cyclist passing on the nearside at pace tore the mirror almost off. By the time he got out of the car the guy on the bike was gone !! BMW ordered a complete replacement Mirror you don't want to go that route Dave

      e64 - parking light failure - 2006

      HI all, got a parking light failure message and trying to identify the correct bulb to purchase. Also if there is any video guidance on how to replace the failed bulb that would be great also.

      I was thinking of using the obd port....this recommended by the AA whose solar charger I use for my E Pace.
