Can't Check The Box!!!!!

Why can't i check my bluetooth enabled box most of the time,every now and then i manage to do it but most of the time it just won't let me?

Why not? Is there a Rottweiller in the boot?

I wish it was as simple as that Jim but it just won't let me tick the box now to enable bluetooth, I've had the unit I the boot uncovered and took the leads out and put them back in but still no good, , don't know what to tey next but feel a visit to bmw may well be in order

Looking that way I'm afraid... Is there any dampness in the lower boot area?

Is there any power to it?

No dampness and the lead with the red light inside is red both ends so I assume there is power but I'm not sure, how else would o check Jim?
