This has started to come on at times. I remember-vaguely-seeing that this is a 'not to worry-kink in pipe, well-known issue'.

Am I right?

That depends on whether the pipe was fitted correctly in the first instance TBH...

Is yours the Rad with the plastic expansion on the side?

Thats why I asked about the expansion tank... The sender unit inside it is poor !
