.... do you use to "detail" your beemer?

Always been fond of good old AutoGlym and Meguiars myself, but I'm no expert when it comes to car care.

I'm not to good at washing the car, never mind getting as far as detailing it! But when i do feel in the mood (or i cant see out the windscreen any more :o ) i use Autoglym as well. Its not to expensive and does a decent enough job i find.

R222 (formally P21s) Carnauba Wax really rocks.. its a professional wax, mostly sold in the USA but you can get it here now.

Looks like soft candle wax when applying and lasts for ages.

then you can use a Spritz as seen here

http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/detailing-sp...tz/prod_74.html

This is good for shows, or those who just like keeping that shine all the time.

I used to use a sonus deep polish, then P21s wax then sonus every few days.

i always find its how your using your products. some products do work better with differnt styles, evan colors of paint.

im always trying new and differnt products, never us to be a fan of autoglym until i used some of my dads super resin polish (srp)

ive now got a fair few products of theres, i also rate chemical guys and poor boys to.

as said its just a case of finding what works for you.

plus a bad workman always blames his tools, some times hes right though

Hi,

have used autoglym super resin for dark colours (good result) mer (hard to polish off) and numerous other brands, tried turtle wax "ice" the other day fabulous result, good beading and a shine that i havent achieved with any of the others, was not a fan of turtle wax till this, but its worth giving a go, (my car is metallic black!)

Auto glym are always a good shout tbh meguiars are far too overpriced for my liking and you just don't get the finish you expect at that price

ive always been a fan of megs myself, remember though certain products work better on certain paints/colors etc
