I have bought a new suspension air bag and leveling sensor NSR,

My question is if and when I fit these two parts will I need to have the diagnostic codes re read to activate the air bag and sensor or will the car just adopt the correct height when fitted as no sure whether I want to pay our for a BMW garage to code the sensor etc? Can anyone shed a light

The airbag won't need coding as it will just inflate when started and the pump kicks in and

I'm fairly sure the level sensor won't need coding either.

My only advise is to make sure you pull the fuse for the air compressor before draining

The air, with wheels off the ground, so it doesn't trying pumping up .
