Generally takes 3 tries to get the 320d fired up from cold, this was never the case before hand. Once she's up and running, no further problems apart from a potential and common thermostat issue with the car running cooler than normal.

I'm assuming glow plugs or injectors. I was going to go with glow plugs first because they are cheaper. I've looked it up and doesn't seem as simple to change as first thought. I did the swirl flaps so from what I see it's basically to that point again.

I don't have a code reader, but if I were to get a cheap one that does the trick which one would people recommend?

Cheers in advance

Tom
