Does anybody know of a company or individual that can carry out a successful M-ASK unit repair, have searched the net with no joy and BMW want a mental £1200 plus coding for a replacement, its only an over complicated CD player for @@@@ sake and surely cant be above the skills of somebody?

Hahahaha use that word lightly

Depends on the fault to be honest, is it software, mechanism or circuit?

Software and circuit all 100%, running the BMW computer through the entire cycle it gets to a point that it asks for a part number and then just tells me to replace M-ASK unit and its an eye watering and bollock numbing £1200 plus coding plus VAT. I can get as many second hand ones as I want but cant get any to code to the car, which I cheesing me right off!
