Wondering if anyone else has experienced this..

Got an online quote from them, £650. They emailed with the quote stating that if i speak to them on the phone they can maybe reduce this by up to 20%. So, they ring me and i go over the whole quote again & the lady comes back to me quoting over £1,200! How can it possibly double!?

I've been with AF for several years now, and intend to stay with them if they keep looking after me, but I have had some strange very inconsistent issues at renewal time nearly every year. The insurance companies usually get blamed, but an original renewal of something like £300 which, when I phone to say I've found a far cheaper quote, eventually drops to £170 seems a little bizarre. But its good that you can always get through to an advisor very easily and they are all very friendly and helpful, which I think counts for a lot these days, so I do still recommend them.

Guys i need dome help also with Adrian Flux.

Ive just transfered to them and im a member on numerous forums and here of course and they want a copy of a certificate off the owners club to say im a member on here,can anyone help as im confused as i cant see any way of proving apart fro my username on here?

PM to DAN@ADRIAN FLUX on here and I'm sure he will sort it out for you. Unfortunately we don't have membership certificates as such. If Dan can't help you - I'm sure he will, - let me know and I'll ask other management if we can do anything.

Cheers buddy ive sent dan a pm just need it sorting before my insurance gets cancelled.never had this issue with any other company ive used.
