Ive only had my car a week, and as soon as i bought it, i new the wood effect had to go as its SOOO 80's :D

Ordered the trim off ebay and a lovely X5 knob from lithuania and its made a massive difference.

Cheers ;) Oh, and a tip for all you "carbon effect" trim owners. If you have scratches on yours, use black plastic

trim dye and a fine brush to get rid of them, it works a treat

Looks a hell of a lot better, good job!

The "wood effect" trim doesn't make me think 80's, it makes me think Rover :wacko: lol
