Hi guys 325ci engine very very hot but temp gauge reading is OK could this b the thermostat fault

Could be or an air lock. Could also be a loss of pressure in the system somewhere. All of which stop it circulating properly.

Yes we changed the thermo and bled it Ashwell it has a new lease of life thanks mate
