Hi everyone

Quick question

I have the opportunity to buy a 1995 840 CSI Auto. The car starts and runs but has been sat for 8 years because of a brake issue. It needs a respray and a few other cosmetic things but it seems sound underneath the dirt!

The car has 208,000 miles and the owner wants £2,500 for it.

What would you guys think would be a reasonable price and what should I look out for?

Cheers

Hi Oliver...welcome to the Forum

The 8 series is a great car, would love one myself.

However, it does seem a high price for one with huge miles and needs lots of work doing on it, but then it is now a classic car and appreciating in value every year.

Let us know what you decide in the end and would love to see a photo of it.

Cheers   Trevor
