Hi, would like to carbon wrap a couple of sections of my 335d (2011) dash. Black plastics around the auto gear knob and the black plastics around the centre console (cd and cockpit control area, also the plain black box at the bottom.

I’ve been to a local wrapping firm who said they could do it for around £100 for the sections I want in 3M pro 1080 carbon wrap although i’d Have to remove the sections from the dash myself. Has anyone else  had these wrapped? Is it worth having a go myself or stick with the professionals.  Thanks Mikey

Maybe worth having a go on some smaller and easier parts yourself and at least that will cut down on the cost.

Seen it done and looked easy enough...although I don't think i would make a good job of it myself...no patience!
