I have a 19 plate BMW 520 touring and having problems with the door seals freezing onto the bodywork, only the slightest frost and the seals freeze and we cant get in the doors.

Pouring warm water on to them makes it worse, any ideas to prevent it happening.IE WD40 or petroleum jelly.

Spray them with silicon/back to black spray and voila! Spray it on and wipe it off.

-5 here this morning, the car door opened right up.
