I have a X3 F25, 2.0 M Sport. 2011 (61 plate). Last week it failed to find any of my Music collection on the hard drive and also play any CDs. The radio, sat nav and Bluetooth phone connection still works. Any ideas? Even when I go and try and delete my "Music Collection" it states no info. It tries to search for my Music but doesn't complete the find.

Welcome to the Forum

I would think it has something to do with the CD player not heard of this issue before, I think you may need a diagnostic session by someone with the correct software a BMW Specialist or Dealer may be able to help.
