Hi

I have a 2012 BMW X1 E84 sadly without built-in sat nav. I am thinking of buying the Alpine 1LX-F903D 9inch floating screen unit. I wondered if any one has this unit fitted to their car and if they have had any issues with the screen obscuring access to the hazard warning button and door lock buttons on the dash. Or if anyone has fitted a different retrofit sat nav.

Morning Phil

I did read on another forum about fitting and Android touch screen system that looks OEM and retains the original radio. It was a plug and play installation, I would do some searches and see what you can find.
