I can’t find the radio! Done everything the manual tells me but all I get is. - - -1 - - -

Not sure what the issue is here Jim is it asking for a Pass code? 

Do you have the Business Radio in the dash or the Professional Nav screen?

Check connections on the back of the radio & in the left rear panel by the cd stack if you have one?  Maybe re boot it by disconnecting the battery & see if it bursts into life?

Sorry should have said clock ,radio is fine have followed the manual but no luck just shows - - - 1 - - -

OK have you tried Googling Youtube there are normally a load of "how to's" there
