Not sure about Diesels for but there are a few companies who specialise in aftermarket stainless systems such as 

Profusion Customs or PowerFlow or Longlife (they did a custom exhaust for our 3.0 Outback) Google them and talk with them all have been around for years so have good reputations.

Diesels work in a different way and it may actually cause harm fitting an aftermarket exhaust. In terms of sound, on a diesel, it won't make a blind bit of difference. It will sound the same wherever you get exhaust from.
