I took my 2009 BMW 650i convertible in to have some front lightbulbs replaced.  When I picked it up no radio or voice command system.  The repair shop denies any responsibility.  I think it is a quick fix but I don’t know what I am dealing with.  Anyone else have a similar problem?  Thank you.

Morning Mauri

Did they disconnect the battery ? Can't think why but possible?

Have you checked the obvious fuses etc I have seen a fuse not blown that needed removing and putting back before working? Your Radio also has a 10a fuse under the Quadlock connector on the radio unit in the boot.

Hope this is some help

Dave
