Power Steering light on and loss of Pas,

Hi Members, I have a 320i E90 petrol 2011, the Pas light has come on with the loss of Power Steering, this is an electrical power steering system, 

Any Ideas please?

Mileage?, Usage? Could be anything from a fuse to a complete failure. Need diagnostics.
