I have recently brought a 2012 528i . When went to collect the garage had to jump start it and burnt the ecu out. This has been replaced but now when I start the car first thing I get a eggy smell in the car for a few minutes but then it goes . Should I be concerned with this

Morning Paul

Welcome to the Forum

The only time I have known an "Eggy" smell is from a new Cat ? has your car had a new one fitted ? If not you need to find the source

I’m not sure to be honest there’s no mention in the history . So I’m not sure what to look for
