have been thinking about a early 70's coupe for a while and following online. wanting to spend under $40K to acquire.

any recommendations on where to look for credible sellers?

In the UK there are several Classic Car specialists that would always be my starting point then the general adds.

Have you tried BMW USA they have a classic section here for help with spares they may have the same there and knowledge of ones for sale

      Steering lock query

      Morning Mike Welcome to the Forum Sadly we do live in times where extra protection is needed The good old Stop Lock is an excellent visual deterent. Whether the investment in a ghost immobiliser as well is worth the money no one can say untill it is needed. Personally the Stop Lock would be my choice (I use one when we are away from home) Dave

      Morning Frank Welcome to the Forum Are you thinking of after market or BMW ? Also raises the question why ? If BMW then as long as it has the same functions and air bag connections I would think you could find one from other models. Try a search on www.realoem.com to see if there are any cross refference parts Dave

      Bmw x4 2015 angel eyes

      Hi all recently bought a 2015 x4 3.0d m sport with adaptive headlights the angel eyes aren't working on drivers side have had fault code read and is 805e3a daytime driving lights current lower than target value anyone have any ideas? Many thanks
