Hi new to the forum and vvery pleased to be part of your community. So I took off the cover to my 2011 X3 2.0l diesel 4x4 and was looking for the egr valve as i was told its on top of the engine and easy to see but I'm not sure I can actually recognise it. I'm not the best mecky but willing to have ago. Can anyone point it out to me please.

Front of the Intake manifold have a look at www.realoem.com put the last 7 digits of your Vin into the search box it will bring up your model then search the Engine section you should find it.

Also worth google search often plenty of videos showing where it is
