I have a Particulate Matter Sensor Temperature Circuit warning reading after the engine management light came on my 2018 BMW X6 21400 miles. Can anyone let me know if I need a new sensor or any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Morning Ian

Welcome to the Forum

Petrol or Diesel ? 3.0i 3.0iX, 4.0i 4.0iX or th big boy M50ix ? 3.0dX or the other big boy M50dX?

At 21400 miles it would probably be a sensor issue but a scan by someone with a BMW diagnostic scanner would confirm that, or someone capable of testing the sensor with a multi heater

Hope this helps

Dave
