Driver's window stopped working

Hi,

Can anyone help, my drivers window has stopped working and is open by 2", the switch is not working yet the passenger's one is, so it's not the fuses.

Would appreciate any help.

 

This has never happened before and Goggle sites come up with nothing

Hi Joseph

Don't dismiss fuses there are several controlling the windows

If however the fuses are OK ten it could be either the Drivers door switch block or the mechanism 

Time for some testing

I  checked the fuses and all appeared OK.

Checked the switch wires all connected.

As a last resort I disconnected the battery and re-connected and it seemed to resolve the problem, just not sure if that is the same as clearing faults on a diagnostic device, not resolving the issue.

Only time will tell hahahahahahah
