Looking to buy 530d 2010 85k FSH no record of timing chain

Looking at a 530d 2010 85k fsh and bmw extended warranty, there appears to be no record of the timing chain being replaced. Should I be concerned ?

My X5 30d is at 125k and has no evidence of timing chain being changed but it is quiet in operation and as I change oil and filters annually (around 5k) If you have the extended Warranty and maintain it you should be OK. I am assuming her that there is no evidence of wear or adverse noises
