Depends where the job is carried out if you can get access to a ramp then not to bad, if you are doing it on the drive then doable but the Faff factor increases

What about steering rack looking at it seems like it’s got to be held in position

Errr obviously to change the Sub Frame all components attached to it need unbolting the engine needs supporting engine mounts undone any other components attached to the Sub Frame will need Support from above.

Take a look at www.realoem.com the exploded drawings are small but very useful to understand what goes where
