I have a 2015 335d LCI Touring in grey, changed wheels from 20s to 19s as pot holes are a nightmare but as a first BMW, absolutely loving it.

The other thing I did was bought a spare wheel to keep in the boot as I don't want to ruin lovely wheels and tyres with the pump it in stuff, which also wouldn't be helpful for anything more than a standard puncture.

Looking forward to being part of this community.

      TPMS Light on E87

      My 2011 E87 had TPMS light come yesterday, checked tyres and one was slightly low (down ~8 psi) but now light wont go out again. From what I've read these don't have actual pressure sensors in tyres but work on wheel rotation. Is this correct? I have driven vehicle since pumping up tyre but light remained on, is there something I need to do to reset it? I'm bit nervous as car goes in for MOT work Monday and I go away Tuesday so don't want it failing on this now with no time to sort issue.

      '07 BMW 530i junkyard satellite

      Hi Ron I spoke with a friend in BMW he says it will need a Diagnostic program like INPA/ISTA that has the capability to re-register the unit. He obviously favours BMW's program but I know others are capable of re-registering components he doesn't think you should need a one time code. If you have a Diagnostic and can find the unit try reading the unit Data and look for the chassis number if the one that is there doesn't match yours wipe it and enter yours. Good Luck Dave
