BMW e90 ventilation not blowing air

I own a BMW e90 2007. Recently the ventilation has stopped working, I thought it was due to the car battery being old and weak and after getting a new one nothing has changed. After replacing the blower motor thinking it was the problem it still wouldn't work, the motor itself doesn't spin, I checked all the fuses related to the climate controls and ventilation and they are all working correctly. I then connected the cars OBD and checked on INPA, all of the ac modules work and I can see that the buttons are registering. Has anyone got any ideas on what the problem could be and how to resolve it?

Obvious one is the AC fully charged ? Next at the bottom of the fan motor is the Regulator did you replace that also also I believe their were two types Denso and Valeo. I remember reading that the Valeo units also have two temp sensors and two actuators.

Afternoon Dave, when pressing the ac button the compressor does work and a difference in sound can be heard so we assume the ac is fine however the blower motor itself doesn't spin, even if the ac was empty some air would at least come in however in our case none does. Thank you though, we are looking into the ac module it self as it might not be working properly and ordered a new one online to see if that fixes the issue.

Then you are back to the Fan/blower and its regulator, that would be my start point on earlier models it was called the FSR (Final Stage Resistor) The FSR was a fairly common cause of the symptoms you have.
