Some more information needed I am afraid

What colour smoke Grey, Blue, Black ? A little or a lot ? How many miles has the car covered ? What Service History and when was it last serviced ? Is the smoke after lfting off the throttle and then applying it again?

Smoke can be caused by a number of issues, Leaks, Wear in the Engine the more we know the more accurate our guess's are likely to be
