Hi guys,

I've just bought a pair of Angel Eye rings for a '97 318IS Coupe from Ebay.

My question is, does anybody have any experience with installing these and do I need an inverter? And if so, do I need one for each ring?

In the description on Ebay it says they are 12v but I wasn't sure if I still needed to buy the inverter.

What do I need to wire it to to get them come on when I switch the engine on?

Thanks in advance, Mat.

No one knows then?

Cheers anyway,

Mat.

Hi, I have just joined the club today. The ones I fitted today needed an inverter, my friend, whoes car I fitted them to wanted to fit them to his side lights, but if you want them on as soon as you turn on, the power will have to come from.... probably the same source as the radio, if that turns on with the ignition, but not completely certain. I have just added a post on fitting which might be of some use even thouigh it may not be the same model of car.

Take care

brian
