Welcome

I aint got a clue how to do it personaly, but I found this

step 1 - pull up headrest - it goes up 2 inches

step 2 - insert screwdriver in slot in the trapezoid shaped cover that is exposed under the headrest when its extended

step 3 - once cover is removed, you see 2 aluminium levers in the exposed area. The front one is the rollbar release leverl.

step 4 - Position yourself in your backseat. While pressing FORWARD (toward the front of car) on the front rollbar release lever, simultaneously push down on the rollbar. This takes just a little effort, since the rollbar is springloaded. don't worry about crushed fingers as the rollbar straddles your hand's position on the lever. Push the rollbar down until you hear it click into place.

Step 5 - replace the plastic coverplate, front tabs first, then rear

Show us a pic before you reset it, never heard of this let alone seen it
