I used it im my Megane for a while, didn't notice any difference at all.

Done some reading, and cleaned my throttle body, man what a difference that made.

Ha! just put 1/4 of a bottle in my tank! Oh well

Interested about the premium fuels, does this make a difference really? Is it worth it for £6-7 extra per tank? I've on[ly had my 728 (E38) for a month, still exploring it....

Nah mate :) If you understand what a higher octane fuel actually DOES, it doesn't make much logical sense to use with a 'standard' and unmodified engine

and by the way, all the redex did was make a f---ing mess down the side of the car. Fortunately a good car wash place in Kingston (at the end of the Cambridge estate) had some fancy cream and repaired the stains!

Deffo a gimmick because all it is is a thinning agent/chemical to dislodge carbon (alledgedly) ! NOT!

Cheaper to bob a pint of "Turps" in

Higher Octane fuel? I use this simile... 5% Stella versus 4.8% Stella !!! :P
