Heater And Engine Temp

hi, Iv noticed that the heater in the car isnt exactly hot ! its sorta luke warm and that the engine temp dosnt reach normal. Im thinking Thermostat ? The heater gets cosy after a bit of motorway driving but agen the temp gauge dosnt reach normal. Any one else got this and know a solution ?

hmm mines usually awesome im gonna say its because the engine aint getting hot enough. I'd get the thermostat done quicktime. Easy job to do and reletively cheap.
