ive seen a few like this, not sure if these spaces were allowed

im doing it anyway, ill keep the old ones in the boot with a screw driver B)

its what i do , legal ones in boot lol

but in 6 years of having them ive never been pulled for them, and when i did get pulled nothing got mentioned!!

get the irish size letters to, there slightly smaller, not much but looks better

my plate , yeah, ive got it all pushed together in the irish size, its the same font just very slightly smaller. you wouldnt evan notice unless you had a GB size one next to it.

that one of yours it should be MK03 then a space

is it really worth doing for a non private plate then? pigs will think its a private plate , could end up with a fine. i no its a risk i take with mine though.

i got mine from the dvla for £250 all in. pain in the !Removed! when selling a car though!!

i got pulled,over christmas with the polo they said the lettering wasnt legal and gave me a 60 quid on the spot fine.id just finished a 14 hour shift so realy wasnt in the mood lol

Black an silver plates are only allowed on cars registered 1973 or before. Had black an silver on mine,an it looked well kool as Im all black an silver,but when old bill finally got me after 6 months they werent impressed but managed to talk my way out of a ticket,so all I'll say is that the gamble is yours to take.....and it is a gamble,especially if the old bill are hot in your area !!

Believe it or not, there are many... But the main fact to consider is what mood the rozzer is in...

E.G. I leave my D4BSY plates on and been stopped twice... 1st time, took them off (Velcro)... 2nd time, 7 day Conformity ticket lol, which I waited for him to write out then gave him it back n removed plates :lol:

They couldn't do nothing - just a couple of examples, Gav :rolleyes:
