Hi all,

Well I collected the car yesterday and all was well on the 80 mile ride home, went for a little run today for lunch and all was well. Just as I was heading home I heard a beep and the DSC light has come on along with the handbrake light in orange. Car seems to be driving ok, but pretty much limped home anyway.

There's a service due in 1800 miles, so I'm biting the bullet and having the service done tomorrow along with getting this fault looked into.

Does anyone know what the fault is, is it a common one and hopefully not too expensive?! :)

Cheers

Fitz

I'd say quite possible a sensor failure, see if its still there tomorrow, if not then it probably comes on intermitantly

Hi Caz,

Thanks for the reply. The cars in now for a service, although the warning had gone this morning on turn over.

Would the heat affect the sensors, as it was getting rather warm yesterday?

I should find out soon what the fault was anyway and I'll post up on here.

Defo didnt knock the traction control button, after noticing it on, I tried to toggle it a few times but didnt have any results.

Turns out it was the pressure sensor that was playing up. New part gone in and a service done, no other troubles - thought for a minute there I had purchased a lemon.
