Im looking to buy a 2002 m5 with 84k miles an the car has been well taken care of. i would like to know if i will have to spend more on parts due to wear once i make the purchase being that everything is stock/original.

No more than any other car really... However, as the suspension is much tighter than standard, you might want to listen for slight knocks at the links/bushes... And obviously keep well on top of the engine servicing mate.. Thats all ;)
