In the US, the kids learn their theory and how to drive while at school. Should this be brought into the UK? or should they learn how to drive a black moped first? LOL

It would be a good idea to have the theory taught at school from the age of 14-15... AND vehicle maintenence too ;)

I would also restrict new license holders to a maximum engine-size too, maybe 1400cc for their first 3yrs :unsure:
