I live in the U.S. I have a 1976 530i and I need a header(custom exhaust ) to replace the thermal reactors.California car.M20 motor.

Is the M20 native to the E12 530? I understand you can bore out the M20 block to 3.15/20 but unsure if it was given as an option from BMW in the E12?

Either way, you can get standard M20 stainless steal headers to bolt onto the side of the M20 and get an exhaust company to make an adequate downpipe towards the ##### of the car surely..

Would need custom downpipe segment to replace the thermal rector sections I would imagine.
