Got my new X3 in march after waiting since launch for delivery. So far not a pleasant experience. Two new roof modules, new wing mirror, new rain sensor, new rear view mirror, new window motor on both front doors, new central locking control, heated seat switch came loose, seat trim fell off, earth cable on boot lid replaced. In addition had to have rear discs replaced after one pad wore down unevenly and sheared the metal - apparently there is only one Pad sensor which is on the other wheel! Now I find that they have upgraded the software and I am only achieving 35 mpg where I was approx 40mpg. Garage said it will settle down once it "learns" my driving style - auto gearbox up and down all over the place. Is it just mine that was built by a new starter!!!!!
