the bmw e34 have always have had overheating problems so i will advise u to change the collant every 5000 miles as iv owned one before i bought an e39 and they tend to overheat after a while if u dont change the collant and give it a good service

You might have problems. You might not :) Treat her well and she will treat you the same in return. Either way, that's what we are here for

Disagree. There are no connections between this engine and overheating problems. If she overheats its for a reason like any other car as far as I'm concerned. M5* block engines are one of (If not THE) best engines BMW have ever graced us with :)
