I am needing to use a TOM TOM in my BMW 318i.

Any suggestions as to where best to fix it....does the magnet idea work? Or is it best to use a suction gizmo to place it on the windscreen ?

I never had a problem with the suction pad.

Only it leaving marks on the window, but thats easily sorted.

Using the suction-pad, stick it onto your forehead/bald-patch and angle the device so it is "Just in view", route the power cable behind you and into the rear lighter socket... RESULT !!!

I'm no help, am I.... :P
