Go for it.

I had the dreaded swirl flap issue that resulted in a rebuild.

With all the other additions you can't go wrong.

You may have to change bushes and shocks but that won't coast a fortune.

spoke to this guy tuesday night last MOT it had both new rear spring and the bushes and shocks have been changed in the last 6 months going to view it on friday i'll change the water pump and tensioner he he doesnt know if they included that on the re-build he cant read the writing on some of the receipts so ill do that to be sure if i get it not a clue how much that will cost lol
