hi iv got ice in my pipes wat do i do ,can i just leave it to deffrost???

Firstly, which pipes? If its the coolant pipes then you could speed things up with a hair-dryer. Drain the coolant and re-fill 50-50.

If not, make an appointment at your Doctor's surgery !!
