I was so sure that my rear fogs were working but when i had alook in the boot the was no bulbs or holders sat in the cluster. This might sound daft but how does the set up work on the beemers oh and my brake light isnt working on the passenger side.I think its a strange set up i unplugged the indicator bulb out and the side light bulb went out lol.Does the electrics all run off the same panel or something

So how many bulb holders do you have in the cluster?

The indicator is on a different fuse than the side light . So the earth might be a problem.
