Have I Got Xenons?

How would i know if i have xenons? looked all over the headlamps yesterday and nothing saying xenon or halageon....

Its a 2001 728i Sport, now some sites say all 7s after 2000 came with xenons as standard but just wondered if there was a way of telling physically... i know xenons are a whiter light but to be honest treid that last night and was nt so obvious.....Cheers Chaps

i agree, think more likely it doesnt, just that after 2000 they it was std but i have a feeling this is US spec

Remove a bulb, if it has a black tip it's probably a Halogen !!

you can usually tell when you put them on from cold they kinda flicker and brighten over 3 seconds

Cheers Steve, i had heard that as well.....to be honest tho will just have to get off my ##### and get the bulb out.....
