I changed said pipe and now its still going in the red after a while does anyone know what else this could possibley be ? need the car to go to england to see family :(

    sorry for not getting back sooner guys. yeah blead it all out and its all 100% now, this also may be a silly question but is the temp gauge always ment to be sitting half way between hot and cold? also I had to take the fan off the other day to check thermostat but does it go back on a certain way as when i put it back on it seems to be clipping the fan cover and stops moving?

    sorry for making a pigs dinner of this lol

    You have prob just distrub the postion of the plastic fan cover, and yes half way is fine
