Hi All,

I am considering the purchase of a 335i and was wondering if there are any known problems with these cars that I should look out for.

Also I would like to investigate having a Limited Slip Differential retro fitted as I live in the country and the roads can be pretty poor come winter time.

Any help gratefully received and thanks in advance!

You want to install a LSD? Just buy an M3 buddy :) woudl probz work out cheaper considering what you want it for..

      filter change recomendations

      HI all, is there a recommended change out period for air filter and Pollen filters on the 6 series, E64. Currently air filter and cabin pollen filters are 2023. Any advice or thoughts gratefully received. Car does about 3.5K miles per annum.

      X3 Exhaust gas cooler replacement Recall

      I have just got my X3 back from dealership and both my digital Speedo and my Bluetooth are not working.when I asked about Speedo, I got told it is because bmw also carry out an upgrade when replacing EGC and that could be the problem and they would have to speak to warranty regarding if they can repair it.Now,when I asked about my Bluetooth they said that because it was not a bmw fitted Bluetooth and it was after market it was nothing to do with them it’s KUFATEC FISON and I have never had any problems in the 7 years I have owned the car. Has anyone experienced the same problems

      New here - just a couple of questions if I may

      Hi Derek Check history very carefully some of the earlier 2.0d suffered timing chain issues and I believe BMW recommended timing chain replacement but cant recall the mileage (old Blokes brain fade) but if it's 100k then it could be costly as I believe it's engine out. Google may help more The 5 series are great cars by the way Dave

      Tyres for front of my 240i

      So after my repair, I think it's time to replace my 30k 6 year old Michelin Pilot Sports on front. The modern equivalent seems to be 225/40 ZR18 92Y Michelin Pilot Sport 4 but presumably run flats? I've been struggling to find this tyre online just to get an idea of prices, anyone recommend a supplier or an equivalent make perhaps? Thanks Dave
