I know, school boy error. Its just after the probs I've had recently I thought the worst.

    When the obvious declines to smack you in the face, it becomes a tad embarrassing... BMW's are very intolerant of battery power (or lack of it)... The battery is the bain of many issues in a Beamer ! :(

    I have noticed that with the petrol engines, not so much the diesels though!

    Quick update: finally changed the maf today but still the problem persists. It's still driving like my maf is faulty even with the faults cleared. Particulate filter code came up after we had cleared them? Went for a drive and EML came back on, will get the fault codes read again tomorrow and go from there.

    Give my mk1 golf cabby any day.
