Why Does Bmw Use Odd Sizes Studs On The Inlet Manifold?

Well i have just started to attempt the swirl flap mod and there are 2 nuts missing from the inlet manifold, no idea why?

Been trying to get some replacement nuts has proved to be a nightmare, as they are 7mm flange nuts, everywhere ive been has got 5,6 or 8 mm nuts in stock but not 7mm.

So has anyone local got some spare or know where i can get some?

Just match the thread matey, head/nut size isn't that important as long as it holds the manifold ;)

your right dabs coz if it pokes out a bit, just means it will take a few more turns to hold but never-the-less, Still HOLDDDDS
